Order Processing

All candles are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.

During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take longer.

Estimated shipping after production:

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, reshipping fees will apply.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund when eligible.
